    Shipping Regions

    We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon. Stay tuned!

    Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — FREE on all orders
    • Faster shipping options are available at checkout, priced by carrier.
    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
    • Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not from the time of purchase.

    Free Shipping

    Every order ships free — no minimum. 2THIRTY Club subscribers also receive free shipping on every order.

    Order Tracking

    • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
    • You can track your package via the carrier's website or through your order status page.
    • If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

    Shipping Delays

    While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off.

    Incorrect Address

    Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there's an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
