All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any orders. We stand behind the quality of our products and encourage you to reach out if you have any concerns.

Store Credit Exchanges

• Within 30 days of delivery, you may request a store credit exchange by emailing us.
• Store credit will be issued for the value of the original purchase (excluding shipping costs).
• Store credit can be applied to any future order on drink2thirty.com.
• Store credit does not expire.

How to Request a Store Credit

• Email us at info@drink2thirty.com with your order number.
• Include the reason for your exchange request.
• Our team will respond within 24 hours with your store credit details.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right.

Subscription Cancellations

2THIRTY Club subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Shipments already processed are not eligible for store credit.
